UMA TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the UMA online store. By accessing our store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

UMA makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, and other information.

Actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.

Measurements and sizing information may have reasonable manufacturing variations.

PRICING

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.

UMA reserves the right to correct genuine typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-description errors. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the affected order.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not require UMA to fulfill an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.

UMA may cancel or limit orders for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, resale activity that violates an expressly stated purchase limit, or incorrect customer information.

If UMA cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before submitting it.

PAYMENT

Customers authorize UMA and its payment processors to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total and any clearly disclosed applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Unauthorized payment activity may be reported to the relevant payment processor or authorities when appropriate.

SHIPPING

All orders are subject to UMA's Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by UMA's Return and Refund Policy.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact UMA so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

UMA reserves the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with relevant transaction records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and other evidence when responding to payment disputes.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, UMA's original logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, and other protectable materials are owned by or licensed to UMA.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.

PROHIBITED USE

Customers may not use the UMA website for unlawful activity, fraud, attempts to interfere with the website, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person's rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UMA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which UMA operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
